I’m a certified yoga therapist specializing in Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Yoga Nidra. With a deep passion for holistic well-being, I guide practices that invite you to slow down, release tension, and reconnect with yourself.

My sessions are rooted in gentle movement, deep relaxation, and mindful self-awareness. I blend classical āsanas and meditation techniques with modern approaches from yoga therapy — always focusing on what truly supports you as an individual.
I don’t follow rigid or dogmatic yoga styles. Instead, I create space for a more personal and intuitive experience. That’s why my classes are open to everyone — whether you’re completely new to yoga or already experienced and looking to bring more balance and flexibility into your practice.
My connection to yoga began long before I stepped onto a mat.
At the age of 15, I first encountered the Rāmāyaṇa and Mahābhārata, two of the most important epics of Indian culture. I didn’t fully understand them at the time, but I felt their depth and kept returning to them, drawn by a quiet curiosity.
This curiosity eventually led me to study Indology at LMU Munich in 2008. From the very beginning, I immersed myself in the six classical philosophical systems of India (Darśana), which deeply shaped my understanding of yoga. Since then, I’ve been exploring its origins and philosophical foundations.
From Theory to Practice
My path into the physical practice of yoga came much later.
After struggling with severe back pain and finding little support through conventional medicine, I turned to yoga. I was fascinated by how specific postures and breathing techniques could create real, tangible change — not just physically, but mentally and emotionally as well.
That’s when I knew: yoga therapy was my path.

For me, yoga is far more than beautiful, athletic poses at sunset by the ocean..
It’s a state of inner peace — within yourself and in connection with the world around you. And it’s something you can access anytime, not just on a yoga mat once a week.
Yoga can meet you in everyday life — in movement, in stillness, in breath, in awareness. You just have to find your way to it.
“Yoga may be done without the least thought for the breathing, in any posture or no posture, without any insistence on concentration, in the full waking condition, while walking, working, eating, drinking, talking with others, in any occupation, in sleep, in dream, in states of unconsciousness, semiconsciousness, double-consciousness. It is no nostrum or system or fixed practice, but an eternal fact of process based on the very nature of the Universe.”
Śrī Aurobindo, Essays Divine and Human
You are welcome exactly as you are — no matter your age, your experience, or how flexible you think you are.
My classes are for you if you’re looking for rest, relief from back pain, a way to manage stress, or simply a moment to pause and breathe.
No pressure. No expectations. No need to perform.
Just you — with ease, softness, and space to reconnect.
